I'm training and racing, but the achilles is as bad as ever. It looks extremely likely that the surgery will still happen, but I'm holding off on that until after race season ends. This probably means surgery in the August / September timeframe. In the meantime, I actually was the overall winner in my last race, a 15K in 54:20. I'm racing again this Saturday. This time it's a track 5K at Hayward Field.
